Is this Purple Purr? And a current price check please?

I hope this is the right place to post this type of a question? It's been awhile since I've posted here. Within a random lot of My Little Pony stuff appeared a purple cat, a turqoise butterfly hair piece with pink/turqoise hair and a turqoise comb with flowers. I assume this is Purple Purr she has 1988 tcfc inc, china stamped on her bottom side and has no painted symbols on her body. Here's a pic:

Hello there! This is PurplePurr. The comb and Butterfly Pixietail look accurate. Their both blue in the box. C: She is just missing her ribbons.
The value is hard to determine because it is always what the buyer is willing to pay for the item.
However in my opinion, I have been collecting for a few years now... The most I paid for one had been years ago for $200.00... NRFB I knew that was a ridiculous price... but I wanted to complete my collection. The least I have paid for NRFB was $30.00.
Used CurlyKittens the most I have paid is $40.00 and least $10.00. If I was selling her used but with comb and butterfly. I would start an auction between $19.99-29.99 But if you want to do a Buy it not, start high first. If I were to choose a set price I would do $39.99
